Ready to start a rewarding trucking career but lack Over-The-Road (OTR) experience? We are actively looking for recent CDL Academy graduates and are prepared to offer you the opportunity you need to build a successful future on the road.

The Opportunity: Pay, Benefits, and Equipment

As a full-time driver (post-training), you can expect to earn $1,200 to $1,400+ per week, with compensation depending on the driving position you select.

You'll be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package after just 30 days:

Drive a late-model fleet of Freightliners (mostly automatics) and join a team dedicated to your long-term success.

Your Start: Training and Divisions

We currently have 18 openings specifically for entry-level drivers with no OTR experience.

Your career begins with 4 weeks of paid OTR training, during which you'll earn $650 per week. This period involves staying out on the road to gain essential, real-world driving experience nationwide.

Once training is complete, you'll meet with a terminal manager to select your permanent run from all available positions. We offer flexibility through dry van, reefer, and flatbed divisions. Want to haul flatbed? We provide free 5-day flatbed training to add that valuable skill to your resume.
OTR is defined as spending the night in the truck in your state and 3 additional states besides your own. This means you can actually run regional getting home more often while building your OTR resume.

Requirements for Applicants

To qualify for this entry-level program, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Hold a valid Class A CDL and a current DOT physical.
  • Have graduated from an accredited CDL Academy with a minimum of 120 hours of training within the last two years.
  • Be able to pass a background check and all DOT-required tests (urine or hair).

Our Hiring Process

  • Submit your application.
  • Our HR team will contact you for a short phone interview to pre-qualify you.
  • Upon pre-approval, you'll complete the second part of the application.
  • We will then schedule your driver orientation.

Orientation is in Mobile, we will provide breakfast and lunch during the orientation period. If you live outside Mobile we will put you up in a hotel for orientation if you live outside 50-60 miles. Florida applicants must live north of I-4 to qualify.
