Golf Course Groundskeeper

We are hiring a Golf Course Groundskeeper to help maintain a high-quality playing environment. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has an interest in landscaping, turf care, and golf course maintenance.

You’ll support daily grounds operations by maintaining greens, fairways, and surrounding areas while ensuring the course remains clean, safe, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily golf course maintenance on greens, tees, fairways, and landscaped areas
  • Rake and maintain sand bunkers and remove debris (branches, leaves, etc.)
  • Control weeds around trees, shrubs, and planting beds
  • Operate hand tools and basic landscaping equipment safely
  • Water turf and assist with irrigation as needed
  • Trim hedges, bushes, and trees to maintain course appearance
  • Clean and maintain buildings, walkways, and outdoor spaces
  • Assist with basic repairs, painting, and general upkeep
  • Help with projects such as digging, trenching, and material handling
  • Keep simple work logs and maintenance records
  • Provide friendly and helpful interaction with golfers and the public

Requirements

  • Some experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor preferred
