Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, golf course maintenance, or similar experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide on-the-job training to candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, dependability, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain golf course grounds, landscaped areas, and surrounding property.
  • Mow greens, fairways, rough areas, tees, and other designated areas using appropriate equipment.
  • Trim, edge, weed, rake, and perform general landscape maintenance.

  • Report equipment problems, unsafe conditions, property damage, or maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Follow established safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
  • Help maintain work areas, maintenance facilities, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
  • Work cooperatively with other grounds and golf course employees to complete daily assignments.
  • Maintain awareness of golfers, employees, guests, vehicles, and equipment while performing work on the course.
  • Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with members, guests, coworkers, and management.
  • Perform other groundskeeping and maintenance duties as assigned based on business needs.
