Job description

The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of RadiFi Credit Union's Marketing Departmentby assisting with campaign coordination, event preparation, content scheduling, project tracking, marketingmaterials, reporting support, and administrative tasks. This is an entry-level marketing role designed for someonewho is organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, eager to learn, and able to support multiple projects in a fast paced environment.

This position works closely with the Marketing Department and other internal partners to help ensure marketing projects, campaigns, events, communications, and department deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

The Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in helping the Marketing Department stay organized, prepared, and responsive to the needs of the credit union. This role requires strong follow-through, attention todetail, willingness to take direction, and the ability to support both creative and administrative marketing work.


This position may be eligible for limited hybrid work.

Schedule and Travel Requirements

  • Some early morning, evening, and weekend work is required to support events, sponsorships, and community engagement.
  • This position is primarily based at Park Street Headquarters.
  • Local travel will be required for meetings, event support, branch support, vendor needs, and community activities.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Marketing Department Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Marketing team.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, content schedules, project trackers, and task lists.
  • Organize marketing requests, timelines, approvals, and project documentation.
  • Prepare materials, proofread content, and ensure accuracy of deliverables.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files for campaigns, assets, and reports.
  • Support internal communication by tracking deadlines, events, and deliverables.
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, supply tracking, invoice routing, and vendor follow-up.

Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and communications.
  • Gather campaign details including timelines, assets, audience targeting, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect information for marketing requests.
  • Support multi-channel campaign execution (email, social, website, branches, events, digital
  • signage).
  • Ensure materials are accurate, brand-compliant, and approved prior to distribution.
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Assist in post-campaign reporting by collecting and organizing performance data.

Content, Social Media, & Digital Support

  • Assist with drafting, scheduling, and organizing content across digital channels.
  • Maintain social media calendars, posting schedules, and campaign timelines.
  • Support website updates, blog content, and landing pages.
  • Assist with email marketing setup, including content preparation and link validation.
  • Monitor social media engagement, reviews, and inquiries, escalating as needed.
  • Organize and maintain digital assets (photos, videos, graphics).
  • Support technical tasks such as QR code creation, UTM tracking, and link testing.

Event & Community Engagement Support

  • Assist in event planning, preparation, and execution.
  • Organize and manage event materials, signage, promotional items, and supplies.
  • Maintain event calendars, checklists, and inventory.
  • Support onsite activities including setup, breakdown, registration, and engagement.
  • Represent RadiFi professionally at community events, sponsorships, and partner activities.
  • Collect event data, photos, leads, and recap information for reporting and follow-up.

Marketing Materials & Brand Support

  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute marketing materials to branches and departments.
  • Ensure all materials are current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support fulfillment of branch marketing requests and track inventory levels.
  • Assist with light creative updates, formatting, and template-based design.
  • Maintain consistency with brand messaging, visual identity, and approval processes.

Vendor & Administrative Coordination

  • Communicate with vendors on quotes, production timelines, proofs, and deliveries.
  • Track print orders, promotional items, and marketing supplies.
  • Organize vendor documentation, invoices, and project files.
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics for materials and event supplies.

Reporting & Tracking

  • Collect and organize marketing performance data (campaigns, social media, website, events).
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and charts for internal review.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign results, project status, and departmental activity.
  • Track assigned tasks and communicate progress or challenges in a timely manner.

Compliance, Confidentiality, & Professional Standards

  • Maintain confidentiality of member, associate, and organizational information.
  • Follow all RadiFi policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in communication, appearance, and conduct.

PhysicalRequirements:
Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs. Must be capable of climbing /descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles,and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off sitewhenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable andtimely attendance.


Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team. Must be able to read and carry out variouswritten instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to complete basicmathematical calculations, spell accurately, and understand computer basics. Must be ableto speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence. Work Environment:
