Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Screening and hiring the most skilled and reliable care staff for our clients aligned with company hiring goals.
  • Supervising a candidate through the early stages of the hiring process including scheduling and conducting interviews, overseeing background checks.
  • Recognizing that our field staff is our foundation and acting as a liaison between them and management to advocate for the most positive work environment.
  • Assisting in creating and maintaining effective ads that best reflect the opportunities our company can offer employees.
  • Engaging effectively with interested job seekers through multiple social media, community, and hiring platforms.
  • Assisting with the hiring of administrative staff thatโ€™s best suited to our companyโ€™s growth and vision.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills to make our job candidates feel welcome and important from the moment you first contact them.

  • High School graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • 1-year minimum experience recruiting, preferably healthcare related
  • 1-year minimum experience using a recruiting ATS
  • Must have extensive knowledge in Word, Excel, Office 365.
