Summary of Job Duties:The University of Arkansas is pleased to announce that it is seeking applicants for a 9-month, 100% appointed tenure-track or tenured assistant, associate, or full professor (depending on qualifications) to teach property law and related courses for the 2027-2028 academic year.
Candidates must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and must demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and mentoring students. Applicants must demonstrate an excellent record of scholarship or, at the entry level, a strong potential for scholarship. Successful candidates will also show a commitment to service within and outside the University. Lateral candidates are encouraged to apply.
