We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help execute and optimize marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, business growth, and measurable results. In this role, you'll manage email marketing campaigns, digital content, promotional programs, and marketing projects while partnering closely with teams across the business to bring campaigns to life.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns and projects from concept through completion. 
  • Manage email marketing initiatives, including promotional, triggered, and customer communication campaigns. 
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Pricing, Purchasing, and eCommerce teams to develop marketing programs that support customer engagement and revenue growth. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on key metrics and customer behavior.
  • Analyze marketing results, ROI, customer trends, and promotional effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research and translate findings into impactful marketing strategies and recommendations. 
  • Coordinate timelines, priorities, vendor relationships, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns. 
  • Background in digital advertising, project management, marketing analytics, or content marketing. 
  • Experience managing paid search campaigns in Google and Bing.
  • Experience with marketing performance reporting and ROI analysis.
