About the Team Our Human Resources team is dedicated to supporting our most valuable asset: our employees. We collaborate across departments and with global partners to develop data-informed strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities * Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources.
* Conduct large-scale data analysis using statistical and mathematical techniques.
* Identify trends, actionable insights, and business recommendations.
* Build dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate findings.
* Develop hypotheses, test analytical models, and evaluate outcomes.
* Write and execute SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction and analysis.
* Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources.
* Assemble large and complex data sets to support business requirements.
* Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models.
* Document data processes, methodologies, and solutions.

Required Qualifications

Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.

* Proven ability to solve business problems using data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Skywise, Excel, MATLAB, R, or SAS.
* Familiarity with XML, JSON, and other semi-structured data formats.
* Knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
* Exposure to machine learning techniques and predictive analytics.
* Certification such as Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer or equivalent is a plus.
