Are you a people-person who thrives in a performance-based sales environment? The Good Feet Store in Robinson, PA is looking for a self-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, youll work one-on-one with customers, assess their needs, and recommend personalized arch support solutions that help them move through life more comfortably. If you enjoy building relationships, hitting goals, and making a real impact on customers lives, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional store environment.
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand each customers foot pain, lifestyle, and mobility needs.
  • Demonstrate and fit customers with appropriate arch supports and related products.
  • Educate customers on how proper arch support can improve comfort, alignment, and overall wellness.
  • Guide customers through the personalized fitting process and recommend solutions that best meet their needs.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals through strong product knowledge and consultative selling.
  • Maintain accurate sales transactions and customer records using the point-of-sale system.
  • Follow up with customers when appropriate to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked with merchandise and displays.
  • Stay knowledgeable about product features, benefits, and company promotions.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive, supportive sales environment.
Qualifications
  • Retail or sales experience preferred (consultative sales experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with customers.
  • Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance targets.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to assist customers with fittings.
  • Weekend and evening availability. Retail hours: Monday-Friday 10 AM-6 PM, Saturday 10 AM-5 PM and Sunday 11 AM-5 PM.
