What You'll Do
- Greet guests with warmth and assist them in the bays.
- Take and process food & beverage orders, offering recommendations.
- Serve food and drinks quickly, accurately, and with a smile.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests.
- Keep dining and bay areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Process cash/credit card transactions accurately.
- Support opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
- Comply with alcohol service and safety policies.
- Work as part of a high-energy, supportive team.
