Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Golf VX, a leader in golf technology, is expanding into entertainment and hospitality with our flagship venue. We're seeking energetic, guest-focused Servers to deliver exceptional service and help shape the ultimate golf entertainment experience.
What You'll Do
  • Provide efficient, friendly service to guests in a 4-6 bay section.
  • Take accurate orders, process payments, and balance sales/receipts.
  • Serve food and beverages safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain clean, organized sections and assist with opening/closing duties.
  • Communicate clearly and work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Anticipate guest needs, handle challenges with patience, and ensure every visit exceeds expectations.
  • Promote menu items and specials using strong sales techniques.
  • Follow food allergy procedures, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to keep operations smooth and guest-focused.

Requirements
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift, lift up to 25 lbs frequently (50 lbs occasionally).
  • Comfort working in a busy, variable environment.
  • POS and payment system experience preferred.
  • Must be guest-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude.

Preferred
  • 2+ years of hospitality/service experience.
  • BASSET certification within 30 days.
  • Food Handler certification within 30 days.
  • Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Interest or basic knowledge of golf (training provided).
