At H.G. Fenton Company, the Maintenance Technician is an integral member of the property management team and contributes to the quality of the property and resident satisfaction. In this role, you will use your eye of excellence to perform the essential functions of the role; such as, make readies, residential service requests, general maintenance work orders, and asset preservation, all while ensuring you follow proper safety protocol.ย 

What You'll Bring:

  • Construction, general contractor, handyman, or general maintenance experienceย 
  • Residential maintenance experience preferred; entry-level welcomed
  • Ability to work on the weekends and provide on-call support on a rotating basis
  • Independently able to plan, organize, and perform high-quality detail-oriented work
  • Valid driver's license is required as driving is an essential job function, and no comparable alternative transportation options (e.g., ride-hailing, carpooling, bicycling, walking) can reasonably fulfill the role within travel time or cost

Compensation:
