The Onsite Material Handler I within our logistics department, in Beaver Dam, WI, is tasked with supporting site logistics and material handling, receiving shipments, management and control of tools, assemblies, and materials on an assigned jobsite. This position will ensure all materials and tools are placed at the point of install for the assigned construction project in alignment with all assigned responsibilities. This is an entry level position with our logistics team that has great potential for growth and development.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education- HS Diploma or GED

Experience- 0-2years of related experience

Travel: up to 100%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver Materials, assemblies, and tools in an efficient andtimelymanner
  • Organize cages, Connex,laydown, etc.
  • Participate in ORM and other safety functions
  • Helpmaintainaccuratesite inventory
  • Cleans andmaintainsjobsite
  • Learn the FTI culture and processes
  • Develop operating skills by completing online training andhands ontraining to get certified.Practicing when applicable.
  • Learn and use proper spotting techniques toassistwith material moves onsite.
  • Consistently follows workplace safety procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
