Job description

Marvin is seeking expert Seasonal Material Handlers with previous forklift experience to join our warehouse receiving team in Fargo. In this position you will operate a forklift, move, unload, relocate, and stack products. Our air-conditioned facilities are just one way we support your wellness. 

Select the schedule that works best for you! (3 month committment required)

  • Monday – Thursday shift options with mandatory overtime generally every other Friday:
    • 1st Shift: 5:30AM – 3:30PM Pay: $25.20 per hour
    • 2nd Shift: 3:30PM – 1:30AM Pay: $27.20 per hour ($25.20 + $2 differential rate)

  • Friday – Sunday shift option:
    • Weekend Shift Hours: 6:00AM – 6:00PM Pay: $29.20 per hour ($25.20 + $4 differential rate)

Compensation Package:

  • $750 bonus after 2 months completed

  • $750 bonus after 3 months completed  


  • Receive and unload warehouse items from trucks 
  • Move and deliver parts throughout the facility by operating a forklift 
  • Document department data accurately and complete required paperwork 
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power hand tools, scanners, and computers
  • Work closely with your team and department supervisor to identify, prevent, or solve any mechanical or defective material issues

  • Lift, carry, push and pull a range of objects weighing 10 lbs. to 80 lbs. 
  • Bend, twist, stoop, and climb 
  • Stand and walk on concrete

  • A high school diploma or GED 
  • Previous forklift/industrial vehicle operation experience 
  • The ability to obtain and retain proper forklift license requirements
