Lead Full Stack Developer

If you have a passion for cybersecurity and building data sharing platforms, then you might be a perfect fit for the Cywren Team! We're building lean, cutting edge software to revolutionize critical cyber operations, and we're looking for the best and brightest to help deliver awesome capability to defend our community!

As the Lead Full Stack Developer, you'll be responsible for developing the core backbone for critical services and integrating frontend designs to largely green-field the next-generation of cyber alerting software that has direct impact to our community. You'll work as a key leader and team member as we grow ensuring the best & secure solutions are built into our software products.

Requirements

  • Must live within the Colorado Springs, CO (or willing to relocate)
  • Excellent skills in programming extensible software solutions using Python (Django framework preferred)
  • Excellent skills in frontend programming frameworks (React preferred)
  • Experience in CI/CD toolsets (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab, Sonarqube, ArgoCD etc)
  • Comfortable operating in environments subject to regulatory, compliance, and risk-based security requirements
  • Focused and resilient to work through tough problems and issues, and drive to successful resolution with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & virtual), and thrives in a team environment
  • Strong drive, self-motivated, logical, and detail-oriented
  • Passion for new technologies, software & processes
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines is essential
