Job description

Full Stack Engineer

Dynamic Work Schedule - This is 5 days on site a month- in the same week then the remainder of the month is working from home. (They can fly/drive into the office as well). If your candidate is not open to this please tell them they will not be considered. Fidelity determines the week they are working onsite, not the candidate.

Location - NC

Must Have:

  • Recent direct experience with Angular/TypeScript
  • Recent direct experience with Java and Spring/SpringBoot
  • Front-end and mid-tier software development experience
  • Experience with REST web services
  • Unit Testing creation exposure (JUnit, Mockito, Karma/Jasmine)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

The Role

You will be joining the Digital Experience Product Area of our institutional brokerage trading websites, Wealthscape and Wealthscape Investor. You’ll develop and maintain critical customer-facing functionality, pages, and features such as CryptoHub, Balances and Positions, Mobile applications, and more. Your work will impact the thousands of registered investment advisors, correspondents, and individual investors who use our platform.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Angular/TypeScript
  • Recent direct experience with Java and Spring/SpringBoot
  • Front-end and mid-tier software development experience
  • Experience with REST web services
  • Unit Testing creation exposure (JUnit, Mockito, Karma/Jasmine)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Awareness of AWS-based deployment and DevOps
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge of Docker containerization
  • Knowledge of Jenkins and Jenkins pipeline construction
  • Experience working with UDeploy, Artifactory, Sonar, ServiceNow
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
