AEM: Adobe Experience Manager (Full stack Developer)
Strong AEM UI Developer (60%), backend Development (40%)
Hands-on experience on
- Java
- JSP
- HTML/CSS/Javascript
- CICD & Tooling- Maven, Sonarqube, Artifactory
o Experience with version 6.x +
o OSGi bundles, sling servlets, sling schedulers, sling handlers
o JCR
o HTL Templating
- Support of multi-lingual sites and translations processes
- Agile Methodologies & Tools - Scrum, Confluence, JIRA
- Experience with AEM DAMs and interface customization
- DAMs asset ingestion & custom workflows
- Creation/Management of DAM Metadata
- Integration with other Adobe suite products such as:
o Adobe Creative Suite
o AEM DAM desktop agent
o InDesign Server

Roles & Responsibilities
As Senior Developer, you will be creating the foundational elements for our new cross channel content management platform, as well as aiding in the enterprise migration from our legacy TeamSite CMS system. This will require deep experience in the approach for component-based development and reuse patterns to create a flexible authoring environment, as well as a keen understanding of how to apply Content as a Service (CaaS) approaches to support headless cross channel use cases. You will also be involved in the creation of security and permissions models, dynamic workflows, and deployment management.
As part of these engagements, you will work closely and in partnership with the business to ensure joint satisfaction and success, as well as with architecture and cloud teams to ensure stability and performance of the system. Lastly, you will work with a variety of other development teams on the development of their content consumption "contract" and assist them with the proper integration of your developed content models and services into their multichannel products.
Understanding of various peripheral digital marketing systems where DAM can be integrated
Understanding of Adobe DAM custom Metadata schemas, metadata profiles, search facets
Strong Hand on knowledge on developing AEM workflows
Knowledge of customizing AEM DAM admin interfaces to build custom screens
Experience of migrating to a large set of assets from legacy systems
Exposure of creative cloud products and integration with DAM
Experience of implementing or consuming web services
Understanding of cloud infrastructure
