Entry Level Gutter Installer

About the Role
We're seeking an individual with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the construction field. The ideal candidate is not only skilled, but also brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow with an established, values-driven brand.
What You'll Do
  • Install K-style and half-round gutters with precision

  • Roofing-tearing off old roofs, installing new roofs, repairs

  • Capping, fascia, soffit work

  • Represent the brand positively when interacting with clients and coworkers
  • Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
  • Support and train newer team members as you grow into leadership
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Work occasional overtime as needed

What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years experience in construction
  • Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training (preferred)
  • Passion for your craft and pride in doing things right the first time

Requirements
  • Age 18+
  • Valid driver's license and car
  • Ability to work at heights, lift up to 100lbs , and work and outdoors in all seasons
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Compensation
  • Hourly rate: $17-$21/hr, depending on experience
