You will work directly with our Managing Partner and Special Counsel and receive direct mentorship in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

This position is fully in-office, with limited remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling transactional real estate matters and corporate transactions from inception through closing
  • Conduct legal research related to real estate, corporate, and regulatory matters
  • Draft and review contracts, loan documents, operating agreements, and related transactional materials
  • Review and analyze title reports, identifying and assisting in resolving title issues
  • Analyze entity documents, purchase agreements, and financing structures
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and third parties throughout the transaction process
  • Maintain organized files and track deadlines across multiple active matters
  • Support attorneys in managing a high-volume transactional workflow

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required) or pending admission
  • Strong interest in transactional real estate and corporate law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in legal research and Microsoft Office

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
  • Extensive hands-on training and mentorship
  • Exposure to high-volume, nationwide real estate and corporate transactions
  • Clear path for career growth and advancement
  • Collaborative, team-oriented work environment

If you are looking to build your career in transactional real estate and corporate law with a firm that offers meaningful experience, strong mentorship, and long-term growth, we encourage you to apply.

Only qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews.
