Business Analyst
**In office position in Springfield, MA
The Business Analyst is responsible for providing high level business analysis and reporting for all Balise entities. This position will be expected to deliver actionable insight on the performance of the Balise Motor Sales business and its constituent major components, and accurately measuring, planning, and forecasting the future state of the business. The position will also play a major role in evaluating the potential impact of new initiatives.
Job Description:
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly reporting through Qlik
  • Identify business trends and shifts, and recommend data-driven responses
  • Proactively work with internal partners to improve accuracy
  • Provide cost benefit analyses for new business initiatives and enhancements
  • Conduct research on and provide insight into industry / competitive trends

Environmental & Physical Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight, or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
