At CTI, you won't just be preparing meals-you'll be helping athletes perform at their best while working in a fast-paced, exciting sports environment surrounded by the energy of competition, training, and teamwork.
About Crystal Training Institute
Crystal Training Institute is an 82,000+ square-foot state-of-the-art sports training facility featuring basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, hockey, golf, soccer, football, lacrosse, dance, fitness training, and more.

What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Cook, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for our athletes, members, and guests by:
  • Preparing and serving food according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assisting with meal prep, food production, and daily kitchen operations
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Restocking ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Assisting with inventory and food storage procedures
  • Supporting special events, tournaments, and facility functions
  • Working closely with team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Helping ensure food is presented attractively and served efficiently
