Description

Who We Are

White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning premium hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country's most dynamic cities. We know that the hospitality business, like life, is about how you make people feel. As a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth back-of-house operations — maintaining cleanliness, supporting the culinary team, and creating a safe and efficient work environment that enables great dining experiences.

No experience? No problem. If you're looking for an entry-level kitchen job, a dishwasher job with real benefits, or a foot in the door with one of the country's leading hotel and restaurant companies, this is your opportunity. We'll invest in you from day one, with benefits, leadership development, and a clear path to grow into a culinary or hospitality career.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

  • Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned kitchen equipment using designated cleaning chemicals
  • Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment and prevent workplace accidents
  • Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher
  • Sort silverware before cleaning; properly load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards are met
  • Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures
  • Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

  • No prior dishwasher or kitchen experience required — a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most
  • Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and back-of-house teammates in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment
  • Comfort working quickly and efficiently in a high-volume commercial kitchen setting
  • Physical ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods throughout your shift
  • Ability to work weekend and holidays

Other information:

What You Can Look Forward To

  • DailyPay — get paid when you need it
  • Advanced scheduling with easy shift swapping via our app
  • Unlimited employee referral bonuses
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off (PTO) with rollover
  • Complimentary wellness tools
  • Leadership development & tuition reimbursement
  • Discounts on hotel rooms, dining, and travel
  • Growth opportunities across multiple hotel properties in your market
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Full-time associates also receive:
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance — starting day 1
    • Life and disability insurance
    • Paid parental leave
