Key Responsibilities

  • Own UAT testing for wealth management, asset management, trust, and advisory systems
  • Demonstrate strong business process understanding across:
    • Account opening and servicing
    • Portfolio management and performance
    • Transactions, positions, balances, fees, and reporting
  • Translate business requirements, regulatory rules, and user workflows into effective UAT scenarios
  • Perform financial data quality validation across ETL pipelines, integrations, and data migrations
  • Build and execute automated data quality checks using Python and/or Java
  • Perform sourcetotarget reconciliation and migration validation
  • Act as a bridge between business, product, and technology teams during UAT
  • Present UAT status, risks, data quality issues, and golive readiness to business and leadership stakeholders
  • Support UAT signoff decisions by clearly articulating impact, risk, and mitigation options

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of financial services / wealth management business models
  • Ability to quickly grasp business workflows, data dependencies, and downstream impacts
  • SDETlevel experience in backend and data testing
  • Proven experience with ETL, data migrations, and automated data validation
  • Handson development using Python and/or Java to build data testing frameworks
  • Advanced SQL for data analysis and reconciliation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
