Job Summary
The Fine Art Department at the Jefferson Community and Technical College Downtown Campus has an opening for a part-time Art Instructor. Courses may include 3-D Design, Ceramics, and ART 100.
Job Duties:
Good foundation art teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the student population. Responsible for organizing and implementing course curriculum with successful classroom management. Proficiency with Blackboard learning delivery system.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master of Arts degree with 18 graduate hours in studio art with one year college teaching experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Fine Arts degree with 3 years college teaching experience and Blackboard certification.
