GETINGE ITALIA  e alla ricerca di un futuro FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (M/F/D) per l'area: Centro Sud Italia. In qualita di FSE sulle linee "Surgical Workplaces" e "Infection Control" sarai responsabile dell'esecuzione delle attivita di assistenza tecnica sul campo (ispezioni preliminari/sopralluoghi per gare, installazioni, manutenzioni, FSCA) in conformita con i requisiti del cliente e il processo QRC. 

Principali attivita e responsabilita 

Attivita di assistenza tecnica : (85%)

  • Eseguire attivita di assistenza tecnica presso i siti dei clienti, come manutenzione, installazione, FSCA, ispezioni in conformita con i requisiti QRC e SLA del cliente.
  • Fornire la documentazione adeguata al cliente dopo ogni intervento.
  • Segnalare tempestivamente eventuali reclami e supportare il processo di follow-up.
  • Gestire i ricambi (stock e riassortimento) per garantire la quantita e il tipo di materiale adeguato in base ai prodotti assegnati e alle esigenze del cliente.
  • mantenere le certificazioni valide sui prodotti assegnati.
  • Essere responsabile degli strumenti e degli attrezzi assegnati, rispettando le regole aziendali e il piano di calibrazione.
  • Creare sinergie con i rappresentanti commerciali sul territorio.
  • Eventuale supporto post-vendita/formazione al cliente.

Gestione dei contatti con i clienti (15%) 

  • Contattare i clienti dopo la pianificazione da parte del front office per:
    • Chiarire preventivamente il problema tecnico.
    • Definire la pianificazione della visita.

Competenze/abilita chiave e qualita personali: 

  • Conoscenza tecnica dei prodotti.
  • Attitudine alla risoluzione tecnica dei problemi.
  • Capacita di definire priorita e competenze organizzative.
  • Approccio orientato al cliente.
  • Buone capacita relazionali.
  • Abilita comunicative.
  • Atteggiamento positivo al lavoro di squadra.

Esperienza:   +5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile in attivita tecniche sul campo. 

Competenze informatiche:  pacchetto Microsoft Office.

Lingue:  Italiano fluente e inglese base.

Istruzione:  Diploma di scuola superiore o Laurea tecnico scientifica. 

Posizione : Roma o zone limitrofe.

Ulteriori dettagli:

  • Tipologia contrattuale: contratto di lavoro subordinato a tempo pieno (40 ore) e a tempo indeterminato, regolato dal CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi
  • Pacchetto retributivo: 30.000,00 - 40.000,00
  • Disponibilita: inserimento previsto da settembre
