Dependable Life Solutions is looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Field Sales Representatives.

If you enjoy meeting new people, having meaningful conversations, and helping customers explore financial solutions, this is an opportunity to build valuable sales experience while working directly with clients in your local community.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide training and ongoing support to help you develop your communication, customer relationship, and sales skills.

What You'll Do
  • Meet with prospective customers in their homes and local communities.
  • Start professional, friendly conversations and build rapport with new customers.
  • Ask questions to understand customers' needs, priorities, and goals.
  • Explain available financial products and services in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
  • Answer questions and address customer concerns throughout the sales process.
  • Guide qualified customers through the sales process from the initial conversation through application or enrollment.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
  • Plan and manage your daily appointments, schedule, and field activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.
  • Work toward individual and team activity and sales goals.
  • Participate in training and continue developing your product and sales knowledge.
What We're Looking For

No previous sales experience is required. We're looking for someone who is:

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with estimated annual earnings of $90,000-$135,000, depending on individual sales performance and other factors. Actual earnings may vary.
