This is an entry-level position for a motivated, bilingual candidate who wants to build a lasting career in insurance. The Receptionist is the welcoming face of our agency, keeping the front office running smoothly while learning the business from the ground up. We provide full support toward Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licensing, with a clear path to grow into a licensed sales or service role. The ideal candidate brings energy, tenacity, and a genuine desire to learn and grow with our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and by phone, creating a positive first impression for every visitor and caller.
  • Direct the flow of customers on the phone and in the office, routing inquiries to the right team member quickly and accurately.
  • Learn to take payments and assist customers with billing questions.
  • Support the agency by completing daily online tasks and updating account notes accurately.
  • Assist customers, ensuring clear communication and an excellent experience.
  • Actively study to pass the Nevada Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licensing exams within the agency's established timeframe, with full support provided.
  • Learn agency systems, products, and processes while building toward a licensed role and taking on growing responsibilities as skills develop.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong desire to earn insurance licenses and build a long-term career in the industry.
  • Energetic, tenacious, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
