Your Next Mission

Step into a fast-moving, hands-on Custom Applicator & Operations role that helps local growers hit their goals when timing matters most. Based out of Harlan, you'll operate and support modern application equipment and keep operations running safely and smoothly during the season. Key responsibilities include: - Run and monitor application equipment (including John Deere sprayers/spreaders) - Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily pre/post-operation checks - Load, unload, and handle materials while following safety and stewardship practices - Work closely with teammates and serve customers with a can-do, professional attitude What you'll bring: - Mechanical aptitude and comfort working outdoors - Valid driver's license (CDL training/endorsements provided) - Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle physical work - Strong work ethic, self-starter mindset, and teamwork/customer service skills
