Robotics & Automation Technician

Location: Mauston, WI

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Training schedule may vary based on business needs. Overtime opportunities available based on business needs.

MasterMold is looking for a Robotics & Automation Technician to join our growing Paint Department. This position is responsible for supporting robotic paint systems, troubleshooting automation equipment, monitoring quality, and helping keep production running efficiently.

Whether you already have robotics experience or are a mechanically inclined manufacturing professional looking to develop your automation skills, we are willing to train the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

  • Support and troubleshoot FANUC robotic systems
  • Monitor robotic paint operations during production
  • Identify and resolve automation and equipment issues
  • Assist with preventative maintenance activities
  • Monitor painted parts for quality and process compliance
  • Support production teams with troubleshooting and process issues
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
  • Help maintain consistent production flow and equipment reliability
  • Communicate equipment, production, and quality concerns to leadership
