Automotive Vehicle Acquisition Specialist

Jaguar Land Rover Arrowhead is expanding our team and is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven sales professional to join one of Arizona's premier luxury automotive dealerships.

This is not a traditional automotive sales position.

Instead of selling vehicles, your primary responsibility is acquiring high-quality vehicles for our inventory.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility is purchasing vehicles from customers through multiple acquisition channels.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Greeting service customers and discussing opportunities for us to purchase their vehicle
• Building long-term relationships with customers who want a trusted source when it's time to sell
• Conducting outbound calls to previous customers and equity opportunities
• Prospecting private-party sellers
• Responding to acquisition leads
• Networking within the community to generate vehicle purchase opportunities
• Working online marketplaces including Facebook Marketplace and other digital channels
• Following up consistently until opportunities are closed
• Working closely with our Sales and Used Car Management teams
• Maintaining detailed CRM notes and customer follow-up

What Success Looks Like

Our minimum monthly objective is:

20 vehicles acquired each month

High performers will consistently exceed that number while building long-term relationships that continue generating future business.

The more vehicles you purchase, the more you earn.

There is no cap on your earning potential!

Compensation

Hourly Pay:
$22-$32 per hour

Hourly pay is based on previous sales experience, automotive experience, and overall qualifications.

In addition to your hourly compensation, you'll participate in an aggressive monthly performance bonus plan.

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls
• Professional appearance
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Strong negotiation ability
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently
• CRM experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
