If you enjoy hands-on work, learning new equipment, and being part of a team-driven environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term manufacturing career. In this role, you'll assist with operating and monitoring production lines that manufacture high-quality nonwoven fabric products while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of production lines
Review work orders and verify product specifications
Monitor equipment performance and notify leadership of abnormalities
Support machine start-ups, shutdowns, and product changeovers
Maintain recycling and reclaim material systems according to procedures
Change extrusion screens after receiving proper training and authorization
Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
Assist with preventive maintenance and routine production activities
Maintain accurate production and electronic records
Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process
Perform routine inspections following quality procedures
Identify and report defects, abnormalities, and quality concerns
