Entry-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and updates accurate records, performing regular self-audits to ensure data integrity

  • Orders, tracks, and distributes Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to factory personnel

  • Coordinates employee access, visitor sign-ins, and enforce security protocols

  • Manages procurement and inventory of non-production materials, including office supplies, PPE, and facility-related items

  • Supports new hire onboarding processes and related administrative tasks

  • Assists with external audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing projects and operational efficiency initiatives

  • Provides administrative assistance to resolve emergent issues and support daily factory operations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment

  • Experience communicating with employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership

  • Experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project and PowerPoint and the ability to learn in-house systems

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment

  • Familiarity with procurement and inventory management systems

  • Experience with bookkeeping and/or accounting

  • Experience in a role that required strong problem solving skills and analytical skills

  • Experience with project management and self-managing projects
