Job description

Manulife is on a journey to become a customer-focused digital leader. As we modernize our marketing technology (MarTech) stack and scale personalization, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented MarTech Activation Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in developing foundational capabilities and digital architecture that delivers differentiated and personalized digital experiences using best-in-class data and digital marketing platforms.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Validate incoming business intake - confirming objectives, scope, and requirements are clear and complete before work proceeds

  • Document business requirements and route requests to the appropriate delivery teams (M&I, Tagging, and activation)

  • Coordinate effort scoping and delivery timelines with delivery partners, maintaining a realistic view of what can be delivered and when

  • Maintain the request backlog as a single source of truth, keeping status, priorities, and timelines current and visible

  • Support prioritization of requests in partnership with the Director and business leads

  • Track requests through to delivery, proactively flagging risks, dependencies, and delays

  • Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement across the intake and activation workflow

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 -3 years' experience in a business analyst, marketing operations, or marketing coordination role

  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and keep on top of shifting priorities and timelines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements

  • Comfort working across business and technical teams, coordinating between stakeholders and delivery partners

  • University or college degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field of study

  • Skilled in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and SharePoint

  • Familiarity with martech platforms (Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), tagging/analytics tools, or work-management tools (Workfront, Jira) an asset

Salary range is expected to be between

$62,850.00 CAD - $104,750.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
