We are currently seeking additional staff to join our Golf Operations team as Outside Golf Services Attendants. In this entry-level role, you’ll provide friendly and efficient support to members and guests by assisting with golf bag handling, cart operations, and helping coordinate tournaments and club events.
This position is ideal for high school students looking to gain valuable customer service experience in a professional golf and country club setting. This is a seasonal, part-time opportunity, the ideal candidate must have evening and weekend availability.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and guests promptly and provide a welcoming, service-oriented experience.
  • Carry, load, unload, and clean golf clubs and golf bags.
  • Prepare, stage, clean, and return golf carts; ensure carts are charged, stocked, and ready for use.
  • Monitor cart usage and assist with pace-of-play support as directed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bag room, cart barn, practice facilities, and surrounding outdoor areas.
  • Assist with set-up and breakdown for tournaments, outings, and special events.
  • Follow all club policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Assist and maintain driving range.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:
  • Currently enrolled in high school or recently graduated.
  • No prior golf or work experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.

  • Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct. Basic math skills and ability to handle cash (for snack shack duties).
  • Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Must meet minimum employment age requirements under state and federal law.
  • Certain duties (such as operating motorized carts or handling cash) may require a minimum age per club policy.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodation may be made.

  • Capability to lift and move golf bags, retail inventory, and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.

This position is primarily outdoors and involves regular interaction with club members, guests, and staff. Exposure to heat, humidity, wind, and other weather conditions is expected.
