  • Moss Bros. Auto Group is looking for energetic and dependable Marketing Field Representatives to help grow our brand through neighborhood outreach. This role is primarily focused on distributing door hangers in targeted neighborhoods to drive traffic to our dealerships. Team members may also assist with community events and off-site promotions when needed.

    This is an entry-level position with bonus opportunities based on vehicle sales from the neighborhoods you cover. The more effective your distribution, the greater your bonus potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Drive team and distribute door hangers and promotional materials in assigned neighborhoods on schedule.
    • Accurately track distribution routes to ensure proper coverage.
    • Represent Moss Bros. Auto Group in a professional and positive manner.
    • Support community events, including set-up, tear-down, and guest engagement, as needed.
    • Contribute to dealership success by driving qualified leads through grassroots marketing.
    Compensation:

     

    • Minimum wage base pay.
    • Bonus opportunities tied directly to vehicle sales from distributed neighborhoods.

     

    Qualifications:

     

    • Valid CA Drivers License 
    • Dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented.
    • Comfortable walking for extended periods and working outdoors.
    • Reliable transportation required.
