California Builder Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reserve Study Assistant to join our growing team in Clovis, California. This position combines analytical work, construction knowledge, project management, client communication, and on-site property inspections.

About the Position

As a Reserve Study Assistant, you will help evaluate the physical and financial health of homeowner associations.

You will identify property components, assess their condition, research replacement costs, and assist with financial projections for future repairs and replacements.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, organization, and learning how residential communities are constructed and maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Review construction plans, maps, financial documents, and governing documents

  • Assist with project proposals and bids

  • Conduct scheduled property inspections throughout California

  • Take measurements, photographs, and component inventories
