We are looking for a qualified EV Technician I (Entry-Level / Ground Support).
The EV Technician I role is an entry-level field position supporting EV charging infrastructure construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in construction or EV infrastructure, with hands-on exposure to jobsite operations, safety practices, and field teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general site labor and ground support activities on EV construction sites
  • Assist foremen, equipment operators, and skilled technicians as directed
  • Support trenching, conduit handling, backfilling, and site cleanup
  • Stage materials and maintain jobsite organization
  • Support electrical and civil crews with daily tasks
  • Follow site safety plans, JHA/JSA requirements, and PPE protocols
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • No prior EV experience required
  • Construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation required
  • OSHA-10 certification preferred (can be obtained after hire)
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed
  • Bilingual: English / Spanish
