Required:
NJ License Required
2 years of recent experience in Home Health
Med Surg skills
OASIS and EPIC EMR experience
Valid drivers license
Reliable transportation
Every 5th weekend
Every other holiday
Patients are primarily those being discharged from the hospital and nursing facilities
Procedures include: Wound care, wound vacs, Pleurx drains, ostomies, Heart Failure, Diabetics, oncology, post surgeries and Ortho are many of our primary diagnosis
Productivity is 6 visits per day- or the equivalent. Example, admissions are counted as 2
