We are seeking a year-round part-time Resource Management Intern to provide support to the Firm's Resource Management team, including but not limited to the following:
Essential Duties
  • Learn and support day-to-day activities of the Resource Management team under the guidance of the Resource Management team.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of professional services metrics such as utilization, realization, and leverage.
  • Assist with running and preparing reports related to staffing, utilization, and other resource metrics.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining team members schedules in Prostaff (or similar scheduling systems)
  • Track assigned tasks and deadlines, follow up as needed and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Observe and gradually assist with internal communications related to scheduling and availability.
  • Supporting the Resource Management Team with additional projects.
  • Become familiar with and adhere to the firm's policies and procedures as they relate to being an efficient and professional team member.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in business management or a related field.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to coordinate and follow up on multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to commit to 20-25 hours per week during the internship period.

The compensation for this position is $20.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, office location as well as the individual's qualifications, experience, skills, and certifications.
