Job description

The Environmental Compliance Manager is responsible for environmental reporting, compliance tracking, and risk mitigation efforts across a large, multi-state portfolio of industrial and commercial properties. This role is highly execution-focused and requires a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is not only skilled at identifying environmental risks but is equally capable of developing and driving practical, business-minded solutions to mitigate those risks in collaboration with internal teams, regulators, and external partners.

This position plays a critical role in protecting the organization from regulatory exposure and supporting ongoing operations across a real estate portfolio during a period of significant growth. The Environmental Compliance Manager must be a self-starter who takes ownership, navigates complexity, works independently, and ensures issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
