Are you ready to learn new skills, work with your hands, and help people recover after disasters like floods or fires? We're hiring Entry-Level Restoration Technicians to join our team. No experience needed-we provide paid training and clear paths for growth.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist with water, fire, smoke, and mold cleanup in homes and businesses
  • Perform demolition, debris removal, and deep cleaning
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.)
  • Pack out, clean, and help organize customer belongings
  • Report issues or concerns to the Lead Tech or Crew Chief
  • Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear when needed

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow directions and work well in a team

Physical Requirements:
