Your Role

As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you'll connect with clients to understand their needs and help guide them toward solutions that provide security and peace of mind. You'll work with both business owners and individual clients, creating a positive and supportive experience throughout the process.

What You'll Do:

  • Build relationships with businesses and individual clients with care and attention.

  • Conduct needs-based consultations to identify the best insurance solutions.

  • Present and enroll clients in supplemental insurance programs.

  • Follow up to ensure clients feel supported and valued.

  • Participate in training and mentorship programs to grow your skills and confidence.
