IT Support Technician

Position Overview

We are hiring an IT Support Technician to support the daily technology needs of our growing organization.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support employees across office, engineering, and production environments. You will play a key role in maintaining company systems, hardware, software, and user support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, tablets, and other company equipment
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, VPN, and user access issues
  • Set up and deploy computers, monitors, phones, and peripherals for new hires and existing employees
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including account setup, password resets, permissions, and equipment tracking
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and technology assets
  • Assist employees with ERP systems, production software, and internal systems access
  • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, printer, and network connectivity issues throughout the facility
  • Support conference room technology, TVs, Teams meetings, and presentation equipment
  • Assist with cybersecurity best practices including MFA, password policies, and antivirus updates
  • Document support requests, recurring issues, and resolutions
  • Support software rollouts, upgrades, and company technology projects
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years of IT support or help desk experience preferred
  • Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
  • Basic understanding of networking, printers, troubleshooting, and user account management
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests
  • High level of professionalism, dependability, and confidentiality
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments is a plus
  • Associate degree or technical certifications are a plus, but not required
