We are looking for Indigenous Talent interested in: 

  • Skilled labour (Railcar Loader), and
  • Trades (Electrical, Instrumentation and Millwright) and
  • Operations roles (4th Class Power Engineers, Control Room Operators, Lab Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, etc.).
  • Hands-on, field-based work for entry-level positions with on-the-job training provided
  • Relevant certifications are an asset, but are not required for all roles

We're hiring for field-based positions, with openings available for everyone from entry-level candidates to seasoned trades professionals in Edmonton and Hardisty, Alberta.

What you'll do:

  • Support daily operations at terminals and facilities
  • Assist with daily and preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment monitoring
  • Learn and develop technical skills through hands-on experience and on-the-job training
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, respect, and teamwork

Who you are:

  • You are over 18 and may have varying levels of industry experience or are new to the workforce.
