About the Role:
The Manufacturing Engineer will support manufacturing operations by driving efficiency improvements, coordinating production activities, and assisting with engineering and process initiatives.
You will work closely with plant leadership, production teams, and cross-functional departments to improve processes and support on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Production & Job Management

  • Release and manage manufacturing jobs in the ERP system
  • Set and adjust production schedules to meet delivery goals
  • Prepare job packets (drawings, pick lists) and communicate priorities
  • Verify material availability and coordinate purchasing or outside services
  • Monitor job progress and proactively communicate risks


Cross-Facility Coordination

  • Coordinate transfer orders between facilities and establish due dates
  • Lead weekly status updates with partner locations
  • Identify schedule risks early and work with leadership to implement solutions


Engineering & Technical Support

  • Update job drawings and documentation as revisions occur
  • Assist in developing basic manufacturing methods
  • Perform incoming equipment pre-inspections and create customer-facing photo reports
  • Conduct time studies and support process improvements
  • Assist with shop floor layout changes


Purchasing & Vendor Support

  • Support purchase order creation and vendor follow-up
  • Communicate with production teams regarding vendor timelines to maintain workflow

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology (MET), Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • (Spring 2026 graduates encouraged to apply)
