About this Role

In Office M-F: 110 West 7th, Tulsa, OK We're looking for a motivated Junior Cost Specialist to assist with project financials across multiple EPC projects.This is an entry level role, and we'll provide full training for the right person eager to build a career in project controls.

What You'll Do
  • Enter and reconcile material receipts in JDE, uploading BOLs and supporting documents.

  • Coordinate with Expediting and Project Teams to ensure accurate receiving documentation.

  • File receipts in Procore and match POs or budget codes to AP invoices.

  • Verify billings, retention, taxes, and lien waivers for AP accuracy and compliance.

  • Post costs, quantities, and forecasts in EcoSys; update ETC/EAC as required.

  • Prepare and review Executive Cost Reports with PMs and Project Controls leadership.

  • Submit monthly cost and billing forecasts on schedule.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and reporting deadlines.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience: 0-1+ years in cost control, project accounting, or financial analysis is a plus. Experience with JDE, EcoSys, or Procore is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
