Were looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator who can set up, operate and troubleshoot commercial embroidery machines while also performing routine machine maintenance. What Youll Do
  • Coordinate daily workflow based on production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
  • Assist in setting up and operating multi-head and single-head embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, ZSK).
  • Load, check, and troubleshoot digitized DST files to ensure correct color sequencing, accurate design placement and stitch registration.
  • Monitor usage levels of thread, bobbins, backing/stabilizer and needles and request inventory replenishments.

What You Bring
  • Embroidery machine experience with major commercial machine brands Tajima and ZSK preferred.
  • Experience with proper hooping techniques, thread tension adjustment, and basic embroidery machine operations and maintenance.
  • Detail oriented
  • Computer literacy with ability to use a tablet and computer.
  • Ability to read/write in English and math skills at a basic level required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus but not required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent school/work experience.
