Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Respond to technical support requests through email, chat, phone, or other designated channels
Troubleshoot common software, hardware, account, connectivity, and access issues
Ask effective questions to identify and resolve technical problems
Provide clear, easy-to-follow instructions to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately
