Indotronix is seeking an :

Onsite Job: Electrical/Wire Harness Assembly Technician Level A
Work Location: Mesa, AZ
Shift: Variable (Must be able to support 1st, 2nd, or 4th Shift – 4/10 Schedule)
Typical Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Security Clearance Required to Start: No

Position Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate, assemble, modify, repair, and test development, production, and prototype wire harnesses and electrical assemblies.

  • Utilize the Boeing Quality Management System to identify and document nonconforming detail parts, assemblies, and processes.

  • Work with engineering, material management, and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes.

  • Construct wire harnesses and panels by cutting, sorting, color-coding, measuring, stripping, crimping, soldering, routing, and inspecting various lengths, types, and gauges of wire, heat shrink, and related materials.

  • Operate tools and equipment including wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, wire identification and cutting machines, heat guns, and associated tools.

  • Ensure all assemblies and detail parts are free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and non-conformance issues.

  • Complete and maintain all required training and certifications.

  • Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.

  • Interpret blueprints, sketches, specifications, and written or verbal instructions.

  • Apply knowledge of electrical wire harness materials, fabrication methods, assembly methods, and common shop practices.

  • Apply basic mathematics in daily work activities.

  • Train new employees on electrical harness fabrication work packages.

  • Report job status and constraints to coworkers and supervisors.

  • Navigate computer systems for office and shop applications.

  • Work effectively as part of a team, providing and receiving feedback.

  • Perform periods of standing, lifting, and bending as required.

  • Be available to work any shift based on business needs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Demonstrated experience using a computer to look up and record information.

  • Experience using basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, and fractions.

  • Ability to work any shift based on operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience constructing wire harnesses and panels by cutting, sorting, color-coding, measuring, stripping, crimping, soldering, and routing various wire types and gauges.

  • Experience following written work instructions and engineering drawings.

  • Experience using hand tools and handheld power tools.

  • Experience determining wire gauge sizes.

Education / Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School Diploma/GED).
