The Role

A hands-on electrical controls engineering role supporting the design, programming, testing, and commissioning of industrial control systems. You'll work across office and field environments with opportunities for domestic and international travel on exciting, custom-engineered projects.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist in the design and engineering of electrical control systems per NFPA and NEC codes
  • Support PLC/DCS programming and HMI/SCADA application development
  • Develop and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs
  • Assist with motor control systems, AC drive integration, and power distribution design
  • Participate in field commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting activities
  • Collaborate with the internal panel shop on control panel design, fabrication, and testing
  • Prepare BOMs, technical documentation, calculations, and data sheets

What We Need
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) — required
  • Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with PLC/DCS systems and industrial automation — preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
